acer iconia a500 recieves US update OTA

Just received my update OTA! I lost root but used gingerbreak vs1.2 with portrait lock and USB debugging enabled to easily re root the device. Updated kernal and firmware to 1.141.07

acer iconia a500 needs developers!

The new Acer iconia tablet hit the scene and was an instant success. Now we need people working on getting a solid recovery. Without google releasing the honeycomb source and without Acer following through on its GPL license agreement for the linux kernal it uses we are kinda just sitting here with lot a of options but no safety Net to try any of them. Acer better get ready to follow the rules of Open license agreements or there in for a rude awakening.
